Order came faster than expected and immediate communication and resolve when one pack arrived damage

Flooring delivered on time . Delivery charge although high much less than other suppliers . Courier contact great.

Ordered from here before. Great service and quality flooring as always. One piece was delivered damaged and customer services soon sorted this out with a replacement within the week. Job done and floor looks amazing. Thank you

I was given good advice from the customer advisor and ordering the samples was easy. Also the delivery was quick.

Bought laminate with them. Quick delivery, good packaging, all boxes are in good state, no damage. Happy I chose this shop.

Ordering was really easy and the delivery was very quick and easy Ialready have yhis floor in my lounge and bought to extend across into my hall.

Avoid ordering from this store. Had over 40sqm of faulty flooring delivered. It was all faulty. Requested to get it sent back and a refund after they asked me to get a fitter to try and fit it. I got 3!! None of them could. They promised numerous times to collect and refund in full as clearly it was not up to standard and all bowed.

They collected it a week ago and I have emailed everyday about the refund but have not heard back at all. So now not only am I out of pocket but also without any floor. I will be going to trading standards as this is now borderline robbery since I paid and don’t even have a product.

I will amend my review if there is an update

Fantastic price and service, kept informed about delivery.
My only complaint was take to room service wasn’t available for our postcode.

Great choice of products. Speedy in sending the samples I ordered. Great prices, quality and choice of delivery slots for my main order. The delivery company were great too.

Ordered the floor on a Saturday and it didn't arrive until the following Friday, then they hadn't put the underlay on the van so it meant we couldn't lay the floor for a further 3 days!! Disappointed with the service.

Ordered skirting two different sizes just what we wanted matched our oak flooring perfectly great service and delivery

Ordered a big order that was delivered quite quickly but needed 1x more box to fin8sh the job bit took more than a month to arrive, little to no communication from them.

I ordered a total of almost 80 m2 of panels and I am very satisfied. I could have ordered a sample first. The panels show up nicely.

Good quality product.
Site siad delivery in 2-3 days. However it was 2-3 weeks, so if your need is time critical maybe give them a call.

I paid for next day delivery but didn't realise it was to late but the be system took my no monies then they arrived late 48hrs later, just thought that unfair as very expensive delivery
